Does it work without internet?
Yes — 100% offline. All data is stored on your device. When you are online it can sync to the cloud for backup and multi-device access, but internet is never required.
What devices does it run on?
Windows 10 or later and macOS 11 or later, on desktop or laptop. Both .exe and .msi installers are available for Windows.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free tier is a full POS on one device — sales, inventory, receipts and daily reports. Upgrade when you need cloud sync, multi-device or advanced financials.
Does it support mobile money?
Yes — record payments via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, bank transfer or cash. Each method is tracked separately in your reports.
How do I print receipts?
Connect a 58mm or 80mm thermal printer over USB and print instantly. You can also export receipts as PDF.
Can multiple staff use it?
Yes, on Basic and above. Create Cashier, Manager and Owner accounts with different permissions. The Free plan supports a single user.
How do I move my products in?
Add them one by one, or use CSV bulk import to upload hundreds at once from a spreadsheet.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives on your device and never leaves unless you turn on cloud sync — and then it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
